- Answer: Simply choose a potato, write your message, and we’ll handwrite it on a real potato and ship it to your recipient. It's a fun, quirky way to send a memorable message!
3. How much does it cost to send a potato?
- Answer: Shipping depending on the weight, size, and service you choose. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Can I Change the Shipping Address?
No worries! If you need to update the shipping address, just drop us an email at contact@thepotatopost.com. Please include your order number and the new details, and we'll do our best to make the change. However, once the Potato Post is on its way, it’s on its way!
4. What can I write on the potato?
- Answer: You can write a short, personalized message (up to around 40-60 characters) on the potato. We recommend fun notes like “You’re spud-tacular!” or “Thanks for being a great friend!”
- We'll do our best to make it happen and fulfill your wishes! Please let us know in the checkout notes section. Let’s potato!
- While we love creating fun surprises for the recipient, we ask that you be respectful. Please note that we will not process orders containing threatening messages or images that could scare or harass others.

- Answer: Currently, we only offer the potato message as the main item. However, we’re working on adding more gift options soon!

- Answer: Once your potato has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your order in real-time.

- Answer: We take great care in packaging your potato, but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement.
